The historic market town of Ashton-under-Lyne is located in Tameside within Greater Manchester. The town is nestled on the foothills of the Pennines and is just six miles east of Manchester city centre. It is here that The Metro Cinema is based adjacent to the popular Ladysmith Shopping Centre. Although no longer operating as a cinema this substantial property is set over circa 0.24 acres with ample parking within close proximity and two separate entrances at either end of the large two storey property.

This particular property was sold using one of our Managing Director’s personal contacts. With a wealth of experience in the Business Transfer Sector he sourced the perfect buyer for this historic freehold property. After a successful viewing the property changed hands and has now been converted to an events venue and been given a new lease of life.
