DIY Retailer Kingfisher Plans Expansion Of 200 New Stores
The huge retailer Kingfisher, owners of branded DIY giants B&Q and Screwfix currently undergoing restructure have announced they may open a further 200 UK Screwfix stores. This will take the number of outlets from 412 to over 600 in the UK alone. The BBC also reported that a trial of Screwfix stores in Germany had gone well a positive sign for the company who already own additional business in France.
Screwfix are the UK’s largest direct and online supplier of tools, electrical and plumbing equipment.
